DO YOU HAVE OTHER COLORS OF HOODIES?

However, we would like to offer a greater choice of colors. Let us know your tastes, iWe will be happy to expand our current offering.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER?

Our adult sizes are currently: XSmall to 5XL

All requests for different sizes will be considered and analyzed.

The measurements and sizes are mentioned on the article page, so you can refer to them. PLEASE NOTE, take the moment to carefully analyze our sizes, they vary from one item to another.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact us

in the ten (10) days following receipt of your order.

My product has a defect or is damaged. What to do?

 

Our objective ? Please you at first sight. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we want to know and help you. Do not hesitate to contact us –  it is possible to contact us via our social networks or by email.

How does delivery work?

Do you offer expedited delivery?
Our fastest delivery time is Express (3 to 4 business days). It is only offered for certain products and destinations. This is followed by Priority mode (4 to 6 working days), which is more widely available. These deadlines include the production time of your order and its delivery to your home.

 

Are your delivery times guaranteed?

Of course, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn't arrive within the promised time frame and you're not happy, neither are we. Contact U.S for all information regarding your order.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders of $125 CAD or more (before taxes) and after any discounts have been applied.

Will I receive tracking information? Where can I find them?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the method and expected date of delivery as well as other tracking information (if applicable).

Which carriers do you work with?

We use the services of various carriers, including Canada Post, UPS and FedEx. For each order, we choose the carrier based on various factors, such as the products ordered, the delivery address, the size and weight of the package, and the selected delivery time.

Do you deliver abroad? Which countries do you deliver to?

Yes, international delivery is available to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and United Kingdom.Note that some products may not be eligible for international shipping.

What should I do if my package is returned to the sender?

If the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our production facility, please contact us.contact U.S– we are at your service.
